ROSIA OBJECTIVE Phase II
ROSIA aims to design the future of tele-rehabilitation services for remote areas with limited access to healthcare services. These services will be comprehensive, enabling patients to continue their rehabilitation treatment at home, supported by cutting-edge technology, new models of care delivery, and community-based activities.
The initiative integrates multiple components: a care model that links patient self-management, telerehabilitation, and community support; an open technological platform capable of integrating third-party solutions; personalised treatment and continuous monitoring; and clinical pathways adapted to the public healthcare setting.

The objective is not only to develop technology, but also to clinically validate it, scale it, and generate evidence to enable its systematic adoption within European healthcare systems.
