For this reason, we are very happy to announce that our REHUB telerehabilitation platform will be used in the Multicentric Study of Speech Therapy Large in Spain which will benefit millions of patients suffering from disorders in which intervention is required of a speech therapist.
The main objective of the study will be Analyze the effectiveness of telerehabilitation in the Dysphagia and the Orofacial myofunctional disorders through rehub. We have the participation of the rehabilitation services of renowned hospitals in Spain such as the Consorci Sanitari IntegraL, led by the Dr. Jesus Tinoco, the Vall d’Hebron Hospital, led by the Dr. Judith Sanchez and the Hospital of the Santa Creu i Sant Pau.
The methodology used in the therapy will consist of the combination of face-to-face rehabilitation sessions and telerehabilitation sessions. Thanks to Rehub, rehabilitation professionals in speech therapy will be able to design programs from More than 100 therapeutic exercises specifically designed for each of the pathologies of the study. Additionally, the platform’s artificial intelligence algorithms allow the professional to perform a Fast and efficient monitoring of your patients’ activity by remote, communicate with them through a chat and video calls, and modify the therapeutic program if necessary.
